Treadmill move to a van

I need to bring my heavy treadmill from the upper floor downstairs and out of my house and into the buyer’s van. The treadmill is over 100 kilos heavy and ideally 3 people should carry it down. It’s around 2m long by 80cm wide. My wish is that no damage is made to the treadmill and the staircase (walls, handrails, steps)
